Eligibility for Return & Exchange

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

Requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

Custom-made or personalized jewelry is not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

Products sent without approval will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs will be covered by AISHNEA only in case of damaged or incorrect items.
Exchange Process

Approved exchanges will be processed after the returned item passes our quality check.

Exchange depends on product availability.

If the requested item is unavailable, a store credit may be offered.
Refunds

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
