Return and Exchange Policy

At AISHNEA, each piece of jewelry is carefully crafted and quality-checked before dispatch. We aim to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Eligibility for Return & Exchange

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

  • Requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

  • Custom-made or personalized jewelry is not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  • Please email us at support@aishnea.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Share your order ID, clear images or videos of the issue, and a brief explanation.

  • Our team will review the request and respond within 2–3 business days.

Return Process

  • Once approved, we will guide you through the return process.

  • Products sent without approval will not be accepted.

  • Return shipping costs will be covered by AISHNEA only in case of damaged or incorrect items.

Exchange Process

  • Approved exchanges will be processed after the returned item passes our quality check.

  • Exchange depends on product availability.

  • If the requested item is unavailable, a store credit may be offered.

Refunds

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Customized or engraved jewelry

  • Items purchased during sales or promotional offers
